Our speaker is Aaron Nodolf with Michael Best. With a foundation in mechanical engineering and a career in manufacturing and power generation, Aaron offers a broad technical perspective to intellectual property law. His practice focuses on defending and challenging patents via post-grant proceedings, and advising clients on U.S. and foreign trademark, copyright, and trade secret rights. Aaron partners with companies, universities, and startups to develop IP protection and enforcement strategies, facilitate technology transfers globally, and monetize research. He is also an integral part of the Venture Best® Practice Group, guiding emerging companies through the IP, corporate, and financial aspects of equity-backed transactions.
