The Kenosha Innovation Neighborhood (KIN) Quantum Now Quantum Next Series is designed to build a long-term strategy for quantum leadership and regional economic growth by prioritizing key focus areas that are critical in accelerating the implementation of quantum. The Series will convene industry executives, supply chain leaders, product innovation teams, and higher-education representatives, along with non-profit and public sector partners to discuss opportunities and solutions for regional economic growth.

AI Enabled & Cyber Resilient: Building the Bridge to Quantum

Quantum is moving from research labs into real world risks, and addressing cybersecurity challenges is critical in quantum application. This executive level discussion will explore how quantum computing intersects with cybersecurity and how organizations can prepare for the future.

Sheldon is the CEO and Founder of Cream City Cyber, an international consulting firm specializing in cyber-risk management and resiliency. A decorated technology leader, he previously served as CIO and CISO at prominent organizations, including American Family Insurance, Dell Technologies, and Northwestern Mutual. His leadership has earned him the 2023 ORBIE CIO of the Year award and recognition as a Top 100 CISO.

Ann Britt is a Leader in Digital Solution Engineering at Microsoft specializing in AI-driven enterprise transformation. She works with organizations to operationalize AI responsibly, with a focus on security, governance, and real-world impact. A frequent speaker and advocate for inclusive innovation, Ann brings both deep technical expertise and a community-centered perspective to discussions on the future of AI and emerging technologies.

Konstantinos is the Senior Director of Quantum Computing Services at Protiviti, where he helps companies get ready for quantum opportunities and threats. He has been involved in the quantum computing industry since 2012, and in InfoSec since the 90s. Konstantinos is a frequent speaker at RSA, DEF CON, and dozens of conferences worldwide, and was named one of the Top 25 Most Influential People in Quantum Security by Techstrong TV. He also hosts The Post-Quantum World, which is the longest continuously running quantum computing podcast. His book Post-Quantum Panic comes out from Wiley April 2027

Aaron Towns is Director of BMOs Commercial Bank in Southeast Wisconsin. Aaron oversees the strategic execution of BMOs Diversified Industry Groups clients who have revenues that range from $30M - $1B and is the Ambassador for BMO's $40B Empower program. An initiative designed to provide financial and community driven investment in communities across the state of Wisconsin and beyond. Aaron joined the bank in 2013 and has more than 20 years of professional service experience.  

Quantum at Scale: Supply Chains & Advanced Industry Adoption

To realize the full potential of quantum, we need to prepare supply chains to support the infrastructure to help drive application of quantum in advanced manufacturing processes. This event will feature industry leaders and subject matter experts to discuss opportunities that bridge theory with implementation.

Quantum Talent Pipeline: Developing Skills that Meet Industry Demand and Drive Economic Growth  

To advance the region’s role and opportunities in quantum, this session will highlight how higher-education can partner with industry to develop near-term and emerging skills necessary to drive regional growth, while leveraging the region's strengths in logistics, infrastructure, and supply chain.
